Rafiki Pest Control provides professional pest management services across residential, commercial, and industrial spaces in Kenya. Our services include:

Insect and rodent control
Termite treatment
Fumigation
Sanitary bin services
Supply of pest control products

All services are delivered by trained and certified technicians using approved, safe, and eco-friendly methods.

Booking & Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via call, WhatsApp, or our website.
Emergency or same-day bookings may attract an additional charge.
Clients must provide accurate service details and ensure access to the premises.
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booking.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may include VAT.
Full payment is required immediately after service, unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods: M-Pesa, cash, or bank transfer.
Late payments may lead to service disruption or penalties.

Guarantees & Limitations

Select services come with limited warranties (typically 14 - 30 days), as noted on your receipt.
Re-infestations due to hygiene lapses or property issues are not covered.
Rafiki Pest Control is not liable for damages arising from pest activity beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure our team can safely access the treatment area.
Follow all safety instructions and post-treatment guidelines.
Report unresolved pest issues within the stated warranty period.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.
No refunds are issued where instructions were ignored or where the service was properly executed.

Health & Safety

We use government-approved, non-toxic, and safe products.
Notify us in advance if there are allergies, children, pets, or medical sensitivities on-site.
You may be advised to temporarily vacate the premises during treatment.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including blogs, service descriptions, images, and branding is the property of Rafiki Pest Control and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rafiki Pest Control is not liable for:

Delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party issues
Damages from pre-existing infestations
Losses due to failure to follow safety or aftercare instructions

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Kenyan law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or appropriate legal channels within Kenya.
