Returns for Products
If you purchased pest control products such as sprays, baits, or traps from us:
Eligibility for Return
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
 - Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
 - A valid proof of purchase is required
 
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used items
 - Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
 - Items labeled “non-returnable” at the time of sale
 
How to Return
Contact our support team via phone or email. We’ll guide you through the return process and help arrange for pickup or drop-off based on your location within Kenya.
Refunds for Services
We stand behind the quality of our pest control services across Kenya.
Eligibility for Refund or Re-treatment
- Notify us within 48 hours if the pest problem persists after treatment
 - A follow-up inspection will be arranged
 - If the service is deemed ineffective, we will:
 - Re-treat your premises at no extra cost, or
 - Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation
 
Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:
- Aftercare instructions were not followed
 - A new or unrelated infestation occurred
 - The complaint is made outside the guarantee period
 
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days through your original payment method. Mobile money and bank transfer times may vary slightly.
